Delivery policy
We at kjslaundry.com will make every effort to ensure your purchase
gets to you fast, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
We offer a standard delivery services or the opportunity to pick up
your item(s) in-store allowing you to choose the most suitable option
for you.
Standard Royal Mail (within 5 working days): FREE
Next Day UK: £8.50
Europe: £15
International: £25
At the checkout you can select the best option for you.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided we have available
stock, the address has been checked and payment approved. At this point
an email will be sent to you confirming the order and expected
delivery. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential
addresses, however packages may require a signature on receipt of
delivery. If the delivery address is unattended a note will be left to
indicate a delivery is waiting for you, however this may not always be
the case. Kj's Laundry cannot take responsibility if a notification
card is not left in any instance.
For Next Day Delivery please order by 2.30pm. We however cannot offer this service for orders placed at the weekend.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the
order up to the point of despatch, we recommend letting us know within
24hrs to ensure cancellation. Please send contact us with details of
your order including the reference code. We will get back to you with
48hours to confirm the cancellation, any payments made by you will be
refunded within 30 days.
Refunds / Returns Policy
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, kjslaundry.com is happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. We require that you return the item/s in new and used condition with all tagging attached. For a smooth turn around, please ensure that you complete the returns form included in your order.
We also ask that you email orders@kjslaundry.com at the earliest possible moment to inform us of your return order details.
Please note: kjslaundry.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged. We also reserve the right to refund or exchange an item/s if the 7 day return period has expired (unless new time frame has been arranged prior). Kjslaundry.com will not refund the price of postage unless the item has been deemed faulty. Kjslaundry.com cannot be held responsible to returning items that are misplaced in transit, with this, we recommend using a registered postal service.
