Delivery
We ship via DHL so you can track your parcel and choose an alternative delivery window where possible. When the order is shipped we will send you a tracking number. Delivery Charges:
UK - £8
UK Next Business Day £10 - (Monday to Thursday only)
EU £20
International £25
Next Business Day Delivery
In order to receive your order by the next day please place your order by 2pm. Next Day delivery can only be ordered between Monday - Thursday.
International Orders
This will be charged at the destination country, DHL will advise the amount.
Refunds / Returns Policy
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, kjslaundry.com is happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We have a free returns service for all UK orders. We require that you return the item/s in unused condition with all tagging attached. We offer a free return service on all UK orders, please follow these instructions:

Store Credit
When purchasing in store or online we are happy to offer a credit note for you within 14 days of purchase. Valid for 6 months, if you have a credit note and are not sure when it expires please contact us and we are happy to look in to it for you.
