We ship via DHL so you can track your parcel and choose an alternative delivery window where possible. When the order is shipped we will send you a tracking number.

In order to receive your order by the next day please place your order by 2pm. Next Day delivery can only be ordered between Monday - Thursday.
International Duties and Taxes
This will be charged at the destination country, DHL will advise on the amount.
Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch, we recommend letting us know within 6hrs to ensure cancellation. Please send contact us with details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you with 48hours to confirm the cancellation, any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds / Returns Policy
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, kjslaundry.com is happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We have a free returns service for all UK orders. We require that you return the item/s in unused condition with all tagging attached. We offer a free return service on all UK orders, please follow the instructions below:
1. We ship your order with a returns label included which you can use to book a collection.
2. Log onto www.dhl.co.uk
3. Click on ‘Our Divisions’ then choose ‘DHL Express’.
4. Book a courier collection, click on eReturn shipment.
5. Enter your return waybill number (see below barcode). You will be taken through how to arrange a pick up.
6. Attach the return label to the parcel.
7. Alternatively attach the return label to the parcel and take to your local DHL Express pick up location. You can search on the DHL website for locations nearby.
8. When the goods are received back to us we will issue the refund and email you to inform you.
For a smooth turn around, please ensure that you complete the returns form included in your order and place in the parcel.
Please note: kjslaundry.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged. We also reserve the right to refund or exchange an item/s if the 14 day return period has expired (unless new time frame has been arranged prior).
Once we've checked and accepted the returns, your refund will be processed within 14 days. A confirmation email will be sent out once the refund has been processed.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed for service as we can not be responsible for any lost items. Please note that it lays under the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs or duty charges that may occur. If charges of this kind have not been paid prior to delivery, the charges will be deducted from your refund.
When purchasing in store or online we are happy to offer a credit note for you within 14 days of purchase. Valid for 6 months, if you have a credit note and are not sure when it expires please contact us and we are happy to look in to it for you.
